How can I personalize my greeting cards on your site?
Our cards are easy to personalize online with any greeting and message you want. Simply start
by selecting your preferred design. Then, you can easily choose one of our greetings or
create your own personalized message. Choose from a wide variety of font styles, colors and
sizes. Give your customized cards the finishing touches by adding your firmÃs logo. Choose
from any of our gorgeous 12 pt. cardstock - white glossy, matte or natural. Then, select your
envelopes-choose from white, red, natural or white with holiday foil (red, silver and gold).
Where does the artwork come from?
Much of the artwork on our cards comes from our owner, Sal Ventura, a renowned architectural
painter. We also commission artists and photographers to supply us with a wide variety of
artwork and images for our greeting cards. All cards measure 5" x 7" and are suitable for
framing.
Can I customize greeting cards using my own artwork?
Absolutely! We will print any design on your cards (and envelopes, if you choose), including specialty fonts, signatures and other formatting not available on our website. We can also print your own card design or edit existing designs on the front of the cards. While we do not charge extra for logos, ink color selection and font customization, there is a nominal one-time setup fee of $50 per card and per envelope for customer-provided artwork or for editing the front of the cards.
If I create a customized greeting card one year, do I have to pay the customization fee again if I
reorder them in the future?
No! We keep all of your custom artwork on file. There is never a setup fee for using art that has
been filed from a previous order.
How does my custom artwork need to be formatted before I upload it to your site?
Custom Artwork must fit within a 5x7" area with 1/2" margins. Place the return address as you
would like for it to be positioned on a 7 1/4" x 5 1/4" envelope. We can match most CYMK and
PMS colors. You can send camera-ready art or any graphic file (PDF files preferred). Convert
text to curves and make sure images are at least 300 DPI.
I want to include my logo on the inside of my greeting cards. How does it need to be formatted
before uploading it to your site?
As with custom artwork, your company's logo must fit within a 5x7" area with 1/2" margins. We
can match most CYMK and PMS colors. You can send camera-ready art or any graphic file
(PDF files preferred). Convert text to curves and make sure images are at least 300 DPI.
I am unable to upload my custom artwork or logo to your site. What should I do?
You can send camera-ready art or computer disks to our street address or send computer files
as email attachments. Please refer to the Contact Us page for our contact information.
How do I order my custom cards?
We've created a seamless online ordering system, so you can create, customize and order your
greeting cards quickly and easily right over the internet. This is the fastest and most convenient
method. Our system is flexible, so you can design your cards online and pay immediately or
save your personalized card and complete your order at a later time.
As an alternate to online ordering, you may also mail or fax your order. Simply download the following PDF order form and send a check, money order or credit card information to us. Click here to download your order form.
What payment methods do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover card.
If you are ordering via snail mail, you may send your credit card information, or a check or
money order with your completed order form.
Can I order samples of your greeting cards?
Absolutely! Just send us an email indicating the sample cards you want and we will be happy to
send them right away. Or, when you're viewing a card you like, click on the "purchase" link, then
click on the "Request Sample" link. Kindly limit your request to three cards at a time.
What discounts are available on your greeting cards?
We have several different discounts available during the year:
What is your return policy?
Blank Cards may be returned for any reason within 2 weeks after receipt. Standard cards can be exchanged only and no refunds are allowed. In the unlikely event
we make a mistake on your order, we will immediately reprint and reship your order at no
additional expense to you. We cannot issue refunds on standard cards or cards with custom
artwork that contain customer errors. While we proofread every card for accuracy, we cannot
guarantee we will catch a mistake. To avoid unnecessary mistakes, we strongly recommend you
carefully review your text before approving your proof.
Will I have a chance to review my design before it prints?
Yes. We will not process your order until after you approve the design for personalized cards.
This is done online for standard cards as part of the normal ordering process. We will send a
PDF proof by email for Custom Artwork, mailed and faxed orders. We can also email, fax or mail
proofs upon request. No refunds can be issued after the proofs have been approved.
How long does it take to receive my cards?
Current estimated shipping time is up to 5 business days. Please check the top left side of any web page to see the current delivery time as this changes daily.
It's late in the year and I need my cards. Do you offer a rush service?
Yes. We do offer a rush service in which we will ship your order within 1 business day via
FedEx. Your order and any approved proofs must be submitted before 10:00 AM CST. If it is
after 10:00AM CST, please allow an additional business day. Please allow 50% to your order for
rush services.

saved orders.
Do you offer a recycled-paper option on any of your cards?
Yes. Our natural cardstock and envelopes are both manufactured with 100% - 30% postconsumer
waste. The paper we use is acid-free, lignin-free, process chlorine free (PCF), and
archival, so it's the perfect choice for framing.
